Downloading private and secret boards

Private and secret boards work the same way as public ones — you just need the PinSuite browser extension installed and you have to be signed in to Pinterest in the same browser.

Step 1: Install the extension

Add the PinSuite extension to Chrome or Firefox.

Step 2: Stay signed in to Pinterest

Open Pinterest in the same browser. The extension reads private boards through your own logged-in session, so credentials never leave your browser.

Step 3: Paste the URL or click in Pinterest

Paste the private board URL into your dashboard, or click the PinSuite icon while you're on the board. Download starts automatically.
