How signing in works, what the free plan includes, how to upgrade, change or cancel a paid plan, and how to delete your account.
Signing in
PinSuite has no passwords. You sign in one of two ways:
- Continue with Google.
- An email link. Enter your address and press Send me a magic link. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If it does not arrive within a minute or two, check Spam, Junk or Promotions and search for PinSuite. You can ask for another link after 30 seconds.
If you see "This email uses a different sign-in method", you first signed up the other way. Use the email link option instead. To change the email address on your account, email us.
The free plan
The free plan includes 25 saves in total, not per month. Accounts created before 20 July 2026 keep the earlier allowance of 50. Every pin, uploaded image, note and archived page counts as one save, and deleting something does not give the save back. The Free plan box on your dashboard shows how many you have used.
Everything else works on the free plan too, including the browser extension, sharing, colour palettes and connecting an AI assistant. Exports need a paid plan.
Upgrading
Pro is $6.99 a month or $49 a year. It removes the save limit and unlocks exports in every format. Choose a plan on the Subscription page, reached from the sidebar or from any upgrade prompt, and pay securely through Stripe. Your library carries over as it is.
Changing or cancelling
Open Account in the sidebar and press Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing page, where your subscription is managed and can be cancelled.
When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and your Account page shows when it will end. After that:
- Nothing you saved is deleted. Every board, pin and page stays in your library.
- Exports stop working until you upgrade again.
- New saves are limited to the free allowance. If you have already saved more than that, you can still use everything you have, but you cannot add more.
For a refund, or anything about a charge, email us with the address on your account.
Deleting your account
Open Account in the sidebar, scroll to Delete Account and press Delete account. You will be asked why you are leaving and to type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
This cancels any active subscription, removes your account and everything in your library, and deletes the stored images and files. It cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, export it while you are on a paid plan, or use the Download button on individual pins.
