When using our service: • You must be at least 13 years old to use Pinsuite • You're responsible for keeping your account secure • Don't share your account credentials with others • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a business account

Important things to know about content: • You can only save content you have the right to save • Pinsuite is for personal archiving and reference, not redistribution • Don't use saved content in ways that violate copyright • If you're a content creator and find your work being misused, contact us We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights, email us at support@pinsuite.app.

Please don't use Pinsuite to: • Save illegal content • Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial purposes • Circumvent platform restrictions in ways that violate their terms • Harass others or infringe on their privacy • Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with our service We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

For paid plans: • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled • You can cancel anytime from your account settings • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis • We may change pricing with 30 days notice • If you downgrade, you keep access until your current period ends

We do our best, but: • We can't guarantee 100% uptime • We may need to do maintenance occasionally • Features may change as we improve the service • We'll give notice before making major changes We're a small team building something we care about. We'll always try to do right by our users.

The legal stuff: • Pinsuite is provided "as is" without warranties • We're not liable for any indirect damages from using our service • Our liability is limited to what you've paid us • You're responsible for backing up important data (though we try to keep everything safe!)
